Agreement to these terms
By using the playground, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

What VerdictKit is — and what it is not
VerdictKit is a Jev learning site and typed-decision playground. We do not resell the Jev API, provide customer API keys or mark up model tokens. Planned paid products sell playground workflow features, including more runs, saved judges, history, CSV export and batch files.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter an agreement under applicable law. Google sign-in identifies your free account. You are responsible for activity under your session and should sign out on shared devices.

Acceptable use
Do not scrape the service, resell access, use proxy pools or automated accounts to evade free-run limits, attack the service, submit unlawful material or interfere with others. You must have the right to send your content to the third-party model providers.

Free plan and fair use
When live access is configured, guests get two live runs per UTC day; a signed-in Google account gets ten. The account allowance is tied to the Google identity, not an IP address, and resets at 00:00 UTC. Demo previews do not count. We may change limits with notice on the pricing page.

Paid plans, billing and renewal
Run Pack, Pro and Batch are not for sale today. Before checkout opens, the active provider, total price, renewal interval and product name VerdictKit will appear at checkout. Subscriptions will renew until canceled. The product will provide a direct account-page link to the payment provider’s cancellation portal; cancellation stops future renewals and paid access generally continues through the current period. Material price changes for existing subscribers will be communicated in advance.

Refunds
The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Its proposed paid rules are not active while checkout is closed.

Intellectual property
The VerdictKit brand, design and original site content belong to the operator or licensors. “Jev” and “TypeSafe” are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the model and its provider.

Your content
You retain your rights in submitted state and questions. You authorize us to pass them to OpenRouter and TypeSafe AI to deliver a requested live decision. Do not submit another person’s private data or confidential material unless you are authorized to share it with these processors.

No warranty and no reliance
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uptime or model accuracy. Jev output is a probabilistic structured judgment, not a verified fact or legal, medical, financial or tax advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for decisions with significant effects on people. Read Jev’s known limitations.

Limitation of liability
To the extent applicable law permits, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made solely from model output. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnity
If your unlawful submission or misuse causes a third-party claim against the operator, you may be responsible for resulting loss to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of data we hold. We may suspend access for serious abuse such as quota evasion or resale. If a paid plan launches, any refund for unused paid access after termination will follow the final Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Governing law and disputes
The operator is based in mainland China. Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain available. Contact support first to seek a practical resolution; the final dispute process will be published before paid checkout opens.

Changes to these terms
We will update the date above and give appropriate notice before material changes to active paid terms.
