VerdictKit is operated by LIANG JUN XING, an individual operator based in mainland China. Contact: support@verdictkit.com. VerdictKit is independent and unofficial, with no TypeSafe AI affiliation.

Current status

VerdictKit does not accept payments today. Run Pack, Pro and Batch cannot be purchased. Free guest and account runs are not a paid trial, have no cash value and need no refund.

Payment provider

Creem is the preferred future Merchant of Record. If activated, Creem will be the seller on record and process payments, tax, refunds and chargebacks. If Stripe is selected instead, this page will be updated before checkout opens. VerdictKit will not hold card numbers.

Cancel any time

When subscriptions launch, an account-page link will open the provider’s customer portal so you can cancel directly. Canceling stops future renewals. Unless a refund is issued, access continues until the end of the current paid period. A receipt will also explain where to manage billing.

Proposed refund window

  • First subscription payment: request a full refund within seven days of the first charge.
  • Renewals: generally not refunded, but forgotten cancellations or other reasonable concerns will be reviewed individually.
  • Run Pack: request a full refund within 14 days if unused. If some runs were used, the proposed refund is the unused share of the plan price: plan price × unused runs ÷ 500.
  • Heavy use or abuse: a request may be declined after most runs are used or for deliberate abuse, subject to mandatory legal rights. We will explain the decision.

These terms are proposals, not active purchase terms. There is no paid trial in the current plan.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights granted by applicable consumer law. Eligibility may differ by location and type of digital service.

How refunds are handled

Once billing is active, approved refunds will go through the active payment provider to the original payment method where possible. The time to appear depends on the provider and bank; a definite processing estimate will be included in the final policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@verdictkit.com with your checkout email and order or receipt number. If Creem is active, its customer portal may also provide support options. We aim to respond within three business days.

Chargebacks

If you see an unfamiliar charge, contact support so we can investigate. You retain any right to dispute a charge with your payment provider. We will not pass a fixed dispute fee to customers without clear notice and a legal basis.
